How do I create a custom shopping cart theme? (Legacy Feature)
Reference Number: AA-00543
This is a Legacy Feature.
If you are an existing customer and you are using legacy features that
have overlap with our newer features, there is no immediate need to
switch. While we encourage you to discover our new and enhanced capabilities,
everything you have previously configured operates as before, is fully
supported, and will continue to be supported for at least 1 more year.
Legacy
Features are older parts of Infusionsoft (e.g. classic web form
builder, template library, follow-up sequences, action sets, etc.) that
have overlapping functionality with many of our newer
features. When we introduce new features that overlap with the
old, our policy is to continue to provide full support and
documentation for the legacy features until we reach a point where the
new features fully outperform the old and most users have opted to
transition. At that point, we initiate a sunset plan that
includes a clear statement of when the legacy feature will no longer be
supported. These timelines will always give remaining users of
the sunsetting feature ample opportunity to transition and usually
won't be less than 6 months long.
The shopping cart theme controls the look and feel of the shopping cart through customizing the design elements (i.e. colors, images, navigation).
Infusionsoft provides seven default shopping cart themes. You can use these themes as a starting point or create a brand new theme that coordinates with your website. You can create one theme to use with all of your websites, or create multiple shopping cart themes. However, you can only have one storefront theme - it will be the one you designate as the "Current Theme." Creating a custom theme requires basic knowledge of CSS and HTML. You can learn to do this yourself or request help from an experienced website administrator.
Note: The images used in the shopping cart must be hosted on a secure server to prevent unsecure interface warnings. You can store them in the Company Image file box within Infusionsoft or store them on your own secure server.
To Create a Custom Shopping Cart Theme:
